Data Processing

Personal data that you have transmitted to us via a website or email will only be processed for correspondence with you and only for the purpose for which you provided your data to us. The data provided will be forwarded exclusively to the responsible department within the company.

We assure you that your personal data will not be passed on to third parties unless required by legal requirements.

Data Storage

The data provided to us will only be stored until the purpose for which it was entrusted to us has been fulfilled. If legal retention periods must be observed, these will be complied with.

If you no longer agree to the storage of your personal data, we will delete the stored data upon your instruction. If your personal data has changed, we will correct it after you inform us.

Matomo

We use Matomo (formerly “Piwik”) for web analysis, a service provided by “InnoCraft Ltd”, a company from New Zealand (NZBN 6106769) with its main location at: 7 Waterloo Quay PO625, 6140 Wellington, New Zealand, using cookie technology. We use the “Self Hosted” version of Matomo. This means that your data is not passed on to third parties, as the software runs directly on our web server. Additionally, we have configured Matomo so that your IP address is recorded in shortened form, so that your personal usage data is processed exclusively in anonymized form. Online dispute resolution

Since January 9, 2016, the EU Regulation on Online Dispute Resolution in Consumer Affairs (No. 524/2013) has been in effect. Disputes between consumers and merchants in connection with online sales contracts or online service contracts can be settled via the following online platform. https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/


The security of your data is important to us. We use it exclusively for specific purposes and only pass it on to third parties if they contribute to fulfilling the purpose on our express behalf. According to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Law Gazette 2017/120 (LINK) of the Republic of Austria with final effectiveness as of May 25, 2018, users have the right to receive information free of charge upon request about the personal data we have stored about them. In addition, every customer or user has the right at any time to correct incorrect data, block, and delete their personal data, provided that no legal retention or reporting obligation prevents this.
